For your convenience, shadowbox memories offers several shipping options. If using USPS or Fedex, you will have a pre-calculated amount. If using UPS, your shipping charges will be calculated in real time.
All shadowboxes come with a 90-day guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship.
For damage due to shipping, please contact the carrier which shipped your items. Let us know, and we can assist you with the paperwork.
For returns other than damage, please call or email for a Return Authorization Number. The price of the merchandise will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
